As Oero, we believe in responsible and sustainable growth. Our Work Principles are the rules all our employees must follow. The unity of our rules turns our values into a system and clarifies what we expect from our employees.

We undertake all our efforts with honesty and openness by respecting human rights and the rights and interests of our employees. Similarly, we must respect the legitimate interest of our business partners. We are determined to be transparent in all our operations to ensure our stakeholders trust in what we do.

Oero and its employees must follow the laws and regulations in our country.


 
Our Employees

Oero is determined to encourage a work environment with a multicultural approach, inclusivity, lifelong learning and equality of opportunities for all individuals, including individuals with disabilities. We believe in the necessity to create a workplace based on mutual trust, respect for human rights and no discrimination. We support the physical and mental well-being of our employees by offering safe working conditions. We offer suitable wages to our employees at sector standards to meet legal minimum standards or exceed these standards. We will not have any forceful, illegal or child workers. We respect the honour of individuals.

Oero cares to offer reliable, beneficial, branded products and services that have balanced value in terms of price and quality for the intended usage.


Business Partners

Oero undertakes to have mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers, customers, and business partners. We care that our Business Partners offer legal minimum wage to their employees and do not have any forceful, illegal, or child workers.



Social Collaboration

Oero works with an effort to be a reliable corporate citizen and an inseparable part of the society to undertake our responsibility within the societies in which we operate. For this purpose, we undertake social responsibility projects via TUTDER which we are a founding member.

Fair Competition

Oero believes in fair competition and supports competition laws and regulations. Oero companies and employees will undertake all activities based on fair competition principles and all valid competition regulations.


Official Activities

Oero executes all activities by considering all legal commercial interests. Oero expresses its views to collaborate with related governments, state offices, other official institutions, and organizations both directly and indirectly via related organizations and NGOs to develop regulations that might impact legal commercial interests and activities. Oero does not support political parties and does not support or finance the groups with political part interests.


Acting Against Bribery and Corruption

Oero does not directly or indirectly accept bribery or any other inappropriate interest or benefits for commercial or financial gains. None of the employees can offer, give or take any gifts or payments that might be perceived as bribery or similar purposes.



Conflicts of Interest

All employees and other individuals working for Oero are expected to avoid any personal and financial interest relationships that might be considered as a conflict of interest. The employees cannot abuse their positions for the benefit of themselves or other individuals.
